Our story
Bionergyx was founded in 2025 with the ambition of building a broader global healthcare and life sciences organization, one that brings scientific and medical expertise, consulting, strategy and intelligent technology together rather than keeping them apart.
From the beginning, our purpose has been to safeguard quality, integrity and scientific rigour across the entire development process, and to help organizations make better decisions earlier. Clinical research remains a core capability, but it sits alongside healthcare consulting, strategy consulting and innovation.
We work with partners in pharma, biotech, medical devices and adjacent health-enhancing fields, and we bring international experience, reliable governance and solutions they can build on.
Our foundation
Bionergyx is built on the vision of the late Dr. Martin Bauer, MD. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, complemented by his medical background as a physician and anesthetist, he brought together deep expertise in global drug development, clinical research, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance and international regulatory strategy.
He believed that clinical research should be innovative, globally focused and uncompromising in its commitment to quality: scientific and regulatory expertise combined with intelligent technology, strengthening human judgment while improving the efficiency, reliability and integrity of research and development.
Dr. Bauer's influence remains an important part of Bionergyx. We continue the work he helped begin with a deep sense of responsibility, guided by the principles he valued: scientific integrity, precision, innovation, and trust.

CEO
Deepti Goel is the CEO of Bionergyx and a clinical research and healthcare expert with more than 20 years of experience in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, project management, GCP training, site development, and quality systems. She leads the company's strategy and operations, building trusted research partnerships across international markets.

Our work follows the Declaration of Helsinki, ICH-GCP, EU Regulation 536/2014, 21 CFR Part 312, and GDPR.
